Garantizar la correcta entrega, continuidad y calidad de los servicios gestionados para nuestros clientes corporativos, asegurando la alineación entre las necesidades del negocio y la ejecución técnica de los equipos de soporte, ingeniería y proyectos. Liderar la comunicación con el cliente , coordinar a los equipos técnicos y promover una gestión proactiva orientada a la mejora continua. Ser el punto de contacto principal entre el cliente y los equipos técnicos internos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) y los objetivos de calidad. Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento operativo, reportes mensuales y planes de mejora. Gestionar incidentes críticos y escalaciones, garantizando una resolución oportuna. Supervisar la performance del equipo técnico, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia y automatización. Participar en la definición de nuevos servicios, propuestas técnicas y planes de evolución tecnológica del cliente. Colaborar con las áreas de ingeniería y ventas para garantizar la satisfacción y continuidad del cliente. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de gestión de servicios IT , Project Management o Service Delivery. Conocimiento en metodologías ITIL, gestión de incidentes, cambios y problemas . Experiencia previa en entornos Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP) y servicios gestionados. Habilidad para liderar equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios (Infraestructura, Cloud, Data, Observabilidad). Excelentes capacidades de comunicación, gestión de prioridades y manejo de clientes corporativos. Deseable certificación ITIL v4 y/o PMP. Inglés intermedio o superior. ¿Qué valoramos? Certificación en ITIL, AWS o gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum Master). Experiencia previa en empresas de servicios gestionados o consultoría IT . Conocimientos de herramientas de monitoring y observabilidad (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, Prometheus). Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados. Perfil flexible, empático y con enfoque en la relación a largo plazo con el cliente. Experiencia liderando proyectos en entornos híbridos o multi-cloud.
