We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Argentina to ensure our customers receive outstanding support and service, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships. As SDM, you will be the key interface between Thales and our clients, managing support & maintenance contracts for software and equipment while ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments . You will play a critical role in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement . Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers under support & maintenance contracts. Oversee customer accounts: reporting (KPIs, SLAs), advising on solution evolution, managing renewals, and identifying up-sell opportunities. Ensure financial follow-up of contracts and monitor customer satisfaction. Manage small projects related to change requests, solution evolution, and continuous improvement . Handle incident management including follow-ups, escalations, and SLA compliance. Coordinate actions defined by contract, such as preventive maintenance, new software releases, and installations . Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in IT solutions, system integration, or complex client-facing environments. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum) . Position Requirements Hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina . Availability for international travel within LATAM when required. Argentinian citizenship or valid work permit.
