We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Argentina to ensure our customers receive outstanding support and service, driving satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. As an SDM, you will be the key interface between Thales and our clients, managing support & maintenance contracts for software and equipment while ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual commitments . You will play a critical role in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers under support & maintenance contracts. Oversee customer accounts: reporting (KPIs, SLAs), advising on solution evolution, managing renewals, and identifying up‑sell opportunities. Ensure financial follow‑up of contracts and monitor customer satisfaction. Manage small projects related to change requests, solution evolution, and continuous improvement. Handle incident management including follow‑ups, escalations, and SLA compliance. Coordinate actions defined by contract, such as preventive maintenance, new software releases, and installations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in IT solutions, system integration, or complex client‑facing environments. Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum). Position Requirements Hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Availability for international travel within LATAM when required. Argentinian citizenship or valid work permit.
