Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications Experience with Google Ads, DV360, and the Google Marketing Platform. Experience in digital marketing analytics, data science, data and measurement. Experience managing digital marketing, account management and advertising campaigns. Experience running and executing brand and performance digital marketing campaigns. As an Account Manager, you will develop your understanding of advertising and your industry/vertical to contribute to business growth. You will work on tasks within the scope of your team's account plan, supporting your team in identifying customer needs and translating their objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimisation, campaign expansion, and core account hygiene. You will also support provision of data‑driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and utilise insights to influence others and drive change, and to support customer growth to help ensure Google’s solutions are presented to customers. Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. Responsibilities Build and manage strong relationships with complex clients, focusing on understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Develop forward‑thinking, data‑driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, emphasizing the scientific/mathematical aspect of advertising. Quantify high‑impact opportunities with clear recommendations and present them to customers, effectively handling client objections and challenges. Plan for and achieve business growth goals by pitching relevant Google advertising products/solutions, including managing pipeline and forecasting. Acquire and maintain in‑depth technical knowledge of Google Advertising products (especially DV360, Programmatic, and Hotel Ads) to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
