Paid Media Strategist – Power Digital Marketing Power Digital Marketing is a tech‑enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting & data intelligence. We help leading & emerging companies ignite revenue & brand recognition through best‑in‑class SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social, Programmatic & more. Role Overview The Paid Media Strategist owns the execution, performance & growth of paid media across enterprise‑level accounts. The strategist partners with client services to deliver strategy, reporting, optimizations, client communication & campaign creation/management. Key Responsibilities Own paid search & paid media strategy for enterprise client accounts, including daily optimizations & high‑level strategy changes. Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation & action plans based on campaign performance data & client‑specific source of truth KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Participate in weekly department scrums & training sessions to enhance channel knowledge. Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals. Maintain frequent & excellent communication internally with agency teams & externally with assigned clients. Utilize AI & outsource resources to streamline workflow where possible. Contribute to development of new department training materials. Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance department processes. Minimum Qualifications 3–4 years of digital marketing experience, 2+ years in an agency setting. Experience with ABM‑specific DSPs (DemandBase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.) and supporting platforms. Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms & integration into channel strategies. 3+ years of hands‑on experience with paid media channels, enterprise‑level account management. Experience with complex B2B e‑commerce, hybrid & sales‑led organizations. Significant campaign management experience in LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs (DemandBase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google/Microsoft office suite. Expert knowledge of funnel marketing & paid media’s place in the marketing funnel. Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data beyond the stat.
