Role Summary As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You are oriented toward the client’s business success, tying your efforts to greater business goals. You are self‑started and autonomously own your responsibilities, working hand‑in‑hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads). Effectively executing builds and production A‑Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable. Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals. Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise. Own strategic communication internally for client teams; proactively communicate with the team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items. Facilitate tactical needs with Specialists where applicable. Produce weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations. Execute performance reporting A‑Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities. Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Qualifications 2–3 years of digital marketing experience. 1–2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing (specifically in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B). Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing. Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development. Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s). Proficiency in Google Analytics. Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic. Ability to learn quickly and independently. Interest in a long‑lasting relationship with a growing company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 9.5k team‑member EBITDA. Maintain below 10% client churn rate. Manage 5–7 accounts. Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performance. Internal communication.
