Position Overview:
We are seeking a Facebook Advertising Specialist to plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for leveraging Facebook Ads to drive growth and revenue for our clients. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and confident navigating the backend of Meta's advertising tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage Facebook Ad campaigns aligned with each client's business goals

  • Implement and configure Facebook Pixel and Standard Events for accurate tracking

  • Develop custom and lookalike audiences to optimize targeting

  • Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure peak performance

  • Communicate regularly with Account Managers to align on client needs and strategies

  • Provide daily campaign updates and optimizations

  • Deliver clear, insightful reports on campaign performance on a weekly or monthly basis

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ad campaigns

  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ad objectives and optimization strategies

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Facebook Blueprint Certification

  • Experience with Facebook ChatBots or Messenger automation tools
