Paid Social Strategist – Power Digital Marketing Power Digital Marketing is a tech-enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting and data intelligence, helping clients drive revenue and brand recognition worldwide. Day in the Life Creative, energetic full‑time Paid Social Strategist leading performance marketing strategy from A‑Z for paid social accounts. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of paid social performance marketing via TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and any applicable platforms. Lead optimization and performance improvement against monthly goals, collaborating with creative, organic and influencer teams. Strategic and tactical communication with clients (email, calls, Slack) and internal team, presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations. Utilize AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance processes and deliver insights. Qualifications 1–2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience a plus. 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus. 1+ years of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts. Strong data analytics and Excel skills, with ability to present performance stories. Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen, understanding of eCommerce model and basic lead‑gen strategies.
