Location: LatAm – Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Be the first friendly voice to engage new leads – call within minutes, not hours. Conduct warm qualification calls to understand prospects’ goals and guide them toward the right program. Keep detailed notes and pass key insights to the sales team. Build authentic relationships and follow up persistently until enrollment is complete. Master the company’s programs and success stories so you can inspire confidence in every conversation. Keep the energy high, the tone genuine, and the customer experience exceptional from first contact to final call. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others grow their businesses. Native‑level English fluency and availability during U.S. business hours. Experience in sales, customer success, or appointment setting. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills – you love talking to people. Familiarity with CRM tools (bonus points if you’ve used Close or Active Campaign). Organized, enthusiastic, and curious – you dig into people’s stories and find creative ways to connect.
