As an Account Management Partner, you’ll be the strategic force behind some of our most important customer accounts—leading with integrity, insight, and impact. Required Skills and Experience - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology companies, ideally with specialized knowledge in a key Argentine industry—especially banking. - Demonstrated ability to manage account‑level profit and loss (P&L) with accountability for financial outcomes. - Strong understanding of business and technology trends, with the ability to apply industry best practices to customer solutions. - Experience leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and renewal—with a focus on long‑term value. - Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing cost structures, and assessing profitability and risk. - Ability to build trust‑based relationships with customers through empathy, transparency, and strategic insight. Preferred Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. - Experience selling complex technical solutions or services. - Familiarity with strategic account planning and go‑to‑market execution. - Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration in global or regional environments. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through certifications or leadership programs.
