Job Description Miratech is seeking a dynamic and passionate Employee Experience Partner to join our team for a 12-month contract. Responsibilities Consult managers of business units in regards of strategic and operational people management matters. Advise managers and facilitate in resolving complex situations related to their teams. Analyse data, HR metrics, and understand (labour) market trends to suggest optimal solutions as applied to business process design, to ensure a positive employee experience. Drive an increase in employee engagement within your business units with which you partner. Initiate and lead projects related to change management and be an agent of change for business efficiency. Provide support at all stages of talent management: onboarding, development review, C&B, terminations, L&D, resolving complex situations related to the teams, promotion, and managing burnout risks. Perform other duties as may be required, consistent with the purpose of this role. Qualifications Experience as an HRBP or Employee Experience Partner, previous experience in office coordination, or employee engagement is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with a customer-service approach. Skills in consulting, facilitation, and problem-solving, ability to influence and build trust. Proactive and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills. Experience in an international, multicultural environment. Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
