Payoneer is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager who will enable SMBs and independent professional businesses in the region to pay and get paid globally with Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure, and low‑cost solutions. Responsibilities include working with customers to co‑build their growth strategy, increasing market penetration and Payoneer’s product and services portfolio adoption; implementing innovative initiatives for long‑tail customer growth within leading online verticals; and collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to build and implement the Growth strategy in the region. What You’ll Do Analyze behavior and identify clusters in your portfolio to address specific initiatives. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to accelerate growth and build scalable initiatives. Build a growth plan in sync with the global team to improve Payoneer Brand Awareness and increase market share in the region. Identify business opportunities, develop a go‑to‑market plan, create solutions that match customers’ needs, and implement the roadmap. Build business success stories and case studies. Who You Are 5+ years of account management, business development, or other relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, and forecasting economic and financial impacts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders. Data‑oriented with a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical and business reasoning skills. Record of meeting and exceeding business targets. Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results. High organization and focus, able to work under pressure.
