Pricing and Quote Specialist - Remote - Latam CroX Our partner company, located in US, is looking for a Pricing and Quote Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities Prepare Accurate Takeoffs: Create detailed takeoffs for construction projects, accurately measuring quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the project. Develop Competitive Quotes: Prepare comprehensive and competitive quotes based on takeoffs, pricing information, and project specifications to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Manage Quote Process: Coordinate the entire quote process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes to clients. Analyze Project Data: Review and analyze project data to identify potential cost savings, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in the quoting process. Maintain Quote Database: Organize and maintain a database of quotes and related project information for future reference and tracking. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of projects based on the prepared quotes. Requirements Proven experience in preparing takeoffs and quotes for construction companies or subcontractors. Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Procore, Sign Agent, etc.) and financial software like QuickBooks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to clients and team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the construction industry, particularly in estimating and quoting. Knowledge of construction estimating standards and practices. Experience with construction contract management and understanding of construction workflows.
