**Sales Quote Manager**
To support its continuous growth, Absolute Translations is currently looking for a Quote Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes to clients or customers.
**Key Objectives**
Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of quoting requests, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving business targets. You will collaborate closely with various teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to gather necessary information and develop competitive and compelling quotes that align with the company's pricing strategies.
**Quoting Process Management**:
Receive and review incoming quoting requests from sales representatives, customers, or internal stakeholders.
Gather all required information, including product specifications, pricing guidelines, and any additional relevant details.
Analyze and interpret customer requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
Develop accurate and competitive quotes based on established pricing strategies, discount structures, and profitability goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and availability of requested products or services.
Ensure all quotes adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
**Pricing Strategy and Optimization**:
Evaluate pricing structures and recommend improvements to maximize profitability without compromising customer satisfaction.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to develop pricing models and strategies that support business objectives.
Monitor and review quote success rates and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
**Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and objectives, providing guidance on pricing and quoting strategies.
Address inquiries, concerns, or issues related to quotes in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, seeking win-win solutions that align with business goals.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of all quoting activities, including pricing details, terms, and customer interactions.
Provide management with actionable recommendations to enhance quoting processes, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all quoting activities.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using quoting software or CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and profitability concepts.
We are pleased to offer a competitive starting salary of 295,000 ARS per month.
