**Overview**:Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America Lubricants business.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Analyzes customer and ERP system problems related to invalid entry of master data, pricing master data or billing information to determine a resolution.
- Continuously seeks ways to streamline administrative requirements of customers in support of improving process efficiency, where appropriate.
- Improves continual learning building of expertise on SAP billing and pricing processes.
- Partners with Service Center Business Support Teams in support of the order to cash processes and ensure ease for customer that includes special handling requests.
- Called on to assist in customer integrations, quality improvement teams, and other projects that require billing and pricing knowledge.
- Act as a Critical Processor.
- Resource person billing, pricing, and rebates/commissions processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree holder or student
- Advanced oral and written English level
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Can multi-task and work independently
- Must be a good team player
- Experience working in Shared Service Centers or related/similar.
- Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration
- SAP
- Salesforce
- Microsoft Office

**Relocation Options**:
Relocation** will not be **considered.

**International Considerations**:
Expatriate assignments** will not be **considered.
