A Day In The Life As a Digital Media Account Manager, you will be the go‑to expert in client meetings, breaking down strategy, performance, and next steps with clarity and confidence. You will manage multi‑media clients with ease, applying digital marketing best practices across every channel you touch. Strong critical thinking, clear expectation‑setting, and the ability to guide clients toward the right decisions are at the core of your day. Responsibilities Lead clients that predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads. Lead day‑to‑day client activity that drives growth, including client communication, education, project management for campaign execution, planning, and service strategy thought leadership. Monitor and analyze account activity (volumes, KPIs, incidents, trends, etc.) across their clients. Understand partner marketing objectives and work with cross‑functional teams at Cardinal to create innovative strategies that maximize program performance. Manage client and agency team expectations day in and out, and help clear roadblocks to success. Lead client meetings to present and discuss program optimization, execution, and marketing best practices. Ensure day‑to‑day implementation of project deliverables; deliverables are client‑ready. Role Requirements 3+ years of experience with a marketing agency managing digital programs. Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources and a thorough understanding of related deliverables. Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever‑changing needs and schedules, handling multiple accounts at once while meeting tight deadlines. Proven project management skills with an understanding of processes and quality assurance/control. Top talent that is proactive and thrives in environments where they are creating new opportunities where none currently exist. Must be able to travel from time to time as required; relationship‑building with partners is critical to success. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven experience in growing client accounts and agency business.
