Requisitos Junior: 1 año de experiencia en marketing digital o gestión de cuentas (puede ser asistencia o rol operativo). Manejo avanzado de Excel/Sheets. Conocimientos y manejo operativo de plataformas digitales (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Buena capacidad de organización, seguimiento y comunicación. Semi Senior: 2 a 3 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas en agencia. Capacidad para coordinar equipos, manejar múltiples proyectos y presentar resultados a clientes. Senior: 3+ años de experiencia liderando cuentas y proyectos digitales. Conocimiento sólido de performance, embudos, KPIs y paid media. Capacidad para diagnosticar situaciones, definir estrategias y comunicar recomendaciones a nivel directivo. Habilidades valoradas Comunicación clara y profesional.
