Amazon Account Manager – REViVE Amazon Partners (Remote) Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time-to-Full-Time | $3,000–$5,000/month REViVE Amazon Partners is hiring an Amazon Account Manager to own the growth, strategy, and performance for several better-for-you CPG brands on Amazon. We’re a boutique Amazon agency that has: Scaled our own CPG brand to eight figures Grown multiple clients 6–8x Built a small, high-performance team that values integrity, humility, excellence, and genuine care We operate fast, we operate honestly, and we operate with impact. What You’ll Own This is a true account management role — not execution in a silo. You’ll lead strategy and be client-facing. 1. Account Strategy & Performance Oversee multiple Seller Central accounts end-to-end Build and execute brand-specific growth strategies Identify keyword/category whitespace and expansion paths Run launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Monitor account health, policy changes, and compliance 2. Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD) Full PPC ownership: structure, strategy, optimization Build funnels across Exact, Phrase, Broad, and PAT Reduce wasted spend, maintain efficient ACOS/TACOS Spot scaling opportunities fast and act quickly 3. Content & Conversion Optimize titles, bullets, back-end keywords Direct creative: image strategy, A/B tests, A+ content Improve conversion through structured experimentation 4. FBA Operations & Inventory Create/manage shipments Coordinate logistics with warehouses Prevent stockouts and resolve discrepancies 5. Customer Service & Reviews Respond to customer messages professionally Maintain positive customer experience Monitor review velocity and rating shifts 6. Case Management Open/resolve Seller Support cases Document solutions for internal reference 7. Reporting & Analytics Track: Sales, units, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, sessions, ranking Build monthly reports that show insights and action steps Use Helium 10, DataDive, Scale Insights 8. Client Calls Hold recurring weekly or biweekly calls with your assigned brands — walking them through performance, strategy, wins, and action plans. Must be confident, clear, and able to lead the conversation. Tools You’ll Use Seller Central Helium 10 / DataDive / Scale Insights Google Sheets / Excel ClickUp / Slack / Loom What We’re Looking For 2+ years running Amazon accounts Strong PPC, SEO, and operations capabilities Experience scaling CPG or similar brands Strong analytical thinking Excellent English and communication skills Highly detail-oriented; able to manage multiple brands Proactive, accountable, and good under pressure Able to work 7AM–4PM CST and be available for client calls Nice to Have: DSP, creative direction, ClickUp/Slack experience Compensation $3,000–$5,000 USD per month , depending on experience and level of ownership.
