Position Overview Zona de trabajo: Saavedra, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs. Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial. Tipo de contratación: A tiempo indefinido. Esta posición es responsable de gestionar la relación con el cliente y asegurar la entrega eficiente de servicios en la región. Este rol requiere una combinación de habilidades de gestión, comunicación y experiencia en la industria para optimizar procesos, controlar la calidad del servicio y generar valor para el cliente. El candidato ideal debe tener una sólida experiencia de gestión en Facilities Management, con capacidad para liderar equipos interdisciplinarios e interculturales, implementar mejores prácticas y manejar eficientemente los recursos para lograr los objetivos del negocio. Responsibilities Servir como punto de contacto principal entre el cliente y la entrega del servicio para toda la región LATAM. Asegurar el control de calidad y la gestión del rendimiento del servicio, implementando estándares consistentes en todas las oficinas del cliente en LATAM. Crear, respaldar y mantener procesos estandarizados, garantizando su consistencia y adaptación a las necesidades culturales específicas de cada país. Centralizar y gestionar reportes, utilizando datos y métricas para evaluar y mejorar la experiencia del usuario en toda la región. Confeccionar y presentar revisiones de negocio en colaboración con el cliente, alineando las iniciativas de experiencia con los objetivos de negocio del cliente. Garantizar la utilización adecuada de recursos, incluyendo la implementación de programas de entrenamiento y el desarrollo de una red de embajadores de experiencia en cada país. Gestionar la eficiencia del portfolio y generar ahorros de costes, implementando soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras que mejoren la experiencia del usuario en toda la región. Identificar, compartir y adoptar mejores prácticas con el equipo y otros Account Managers, fomentando la colaboración entre equipos de diferentes países. Liderar la implementación del Experience‑X: Pulse Program, sincronizando el pulso de la experiencia laboral en LATAM y adaptando los servicios a cada cultura local mientras se mantiene la esencia del cliente. Desarrollar e implementar programas que fomenten un sentido de comunidad y colaboración entre los empleados del cliente en LATAM, organizando eventos virtuales y presenciales que conecten a los empleados de diferentes países. Gestionar relaciones con stakeholders clave para asegurar el apoyo y recursos necesarios para las iniciativas de experiencia, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con equipos de RH, TI y FM en toda la región. Liderar la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas y digitales que mejoren la experiencia del usuario, asegurando que las herramientas y plataformas sean accesibles y efectivas en todos los países de LATAM. Cultivar una cultura de hospitalidad y servicio excepcional, fomentando la lealtad y mejorando la reputación y la imagen de marca de la empresa en toda la región LATAM. Requirements Licenciatura o experiencia laboral equivalente en Gestión de Instalaciones o Administración de Empresas. Mínimo de 7 a 10 años de experiencia en la industria, ya sea en entorno corporativo, proveedor de servicios externos o como consultor. Sólidas habilidades organizativas y de gestión. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de supervisión. Experiencia con programas CMMS.
