Key Account Manager We are in search of a professional Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our expansion strategy: we are in a development phase and are seeking a passionate individual who will not only drive increased revenue through upselling and cross‑selling but will also play an essential role in laying the foundational strategies for these processes. Responsibilities Analysis and Planning: Conduct a thorough assessment of the needs and objectives of our key accounts, followed by the planning of specific strategies to ensure continuous growth, with a precise focus on revenue increase. Strategy Development: Define actionable strategies that drive the expansion of existing accounts by collaborating closely with our internal team and clients. Customer Focus: Foster strong and reliable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns to provide effective support and enhance customer retention. Optimization of Opportunity Conversion: Strategically integrate cross‑selling and up‑selling approaches. Continuously identify business opportunities in existing accounts through comprehensive analysis of the needs, goals, and objectives of the client company to maximize revenue potential. KPIs Monitoring: Constantly analyze key metrics in the area, such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), among others, to ensure the achievement of growth and profitability goals. Qualifications +3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Senior Account Executive. Previous experience in SaaS with a focus on upselling tasks is highly valued. Advanced level of English. Proficiency in Portuguese is considered a plus. Benefits Contractor: paid in USD via Deel. Flexible full‑time schedule (no fixed hours).
