Are You Up to the Challenge? Reporting to the Account Strategist Manager in LATAM, the Account Strategist will provide global support to the Sales Team. The primary objective is to seek new customers to join our growing portfolio. This is a great opportunity to join an aggressive and collaborative Sales team, exposing our technology services offering to Fortune 500 companies and world‑class corporations around LATAM. Requirements: Hunter mentality Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 1 year(s) BA degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a similar relevant field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Networking aptitude Fearless attitude Bilingual/Advanced English Responsibilities: Strategic Objective and Focus: Deliver a top‑tier CDR service to drive lead generation in our strategic super‑sized accounts. Ensure seamless integration with the US AM Team by implementing localized account‑specific rules. Execute a structured, repeatable, and data‑driven sales process for consistent results. Develop a strong sales‑oriented mindset. Prospecting and Lead Development: Conduct market research to develop warm leads and identify prospects that fit the target demographic. Develop User Personas and Buyer Profiles to refine targeting. Contact prospective customers through multiple channels (email, social networks, telephone). Attend networking events, community events, and hearings to generate new leads. Sales Cycle and Client Management: Use product knowledge to showcase tailored solutions that address prospects' needs. Use CRM and other software tools to meticulously track progress with all prospects. Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and request referrals. Report weekly on sales goals and objectives to regional leadership. Professional Development: Attend trainings to stay up-to-date with new service offerings and technologies.
