Como Facilities Manager, serás responsable de coordinar y gestionar el mantenimiento integral de la infraestructura, supervisar equipos técnicos y contratistas, asegurando que todas las instalaciones operen con los más altos estándares. Tu liderazgo contribuye directamente al funcionamiento óptimo de las instalaciones, creando ambientes seguros y eficientes para nuestros equipos y clientes.**Como será tu día a día:** * Coordinarás y supervisarás la limpieza general.* Gestionarás programas de fumigación y jardinería.* Dirigirás el mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de sistemas críticos incluyendo aire acondicionado, calefacción, UPS, tableros eléctricos en general y grupos electrógenos.* Supervisarás el mantenimiento de sistemas de aguas blancas y residuales, iluminación general y sistemas de detección y extinción de incendios.* Coordinarás el mantenimiento de estructura edilicia abordando filtraciones, pintura, mosaicos, veredas, puertas y vidrios.* Gestionarás trabajos de cerrajería de seguridad y general, cielos rasos, plomería en general y sanitarios.* Supervisarás y coordinarás el control de contratistas.* Dirigirás el control de sistemas eléctricos en general.* Manejarás órdenes de trabajo (work orders) a través del sistema Corrigo.**Requisitos Mínimos:** * Técnico en Electricidad, Electrónica, o campo afín.* 3+ años de experiencia como Facilities Manager en ambientes corporativos, manejando sistemas críticos incluyendo aire acondicionado, calefacción, UPS, tableros eléctricos, etc.* Inglés básico para administrar y manejar herramientas y sistemas.**Requisitos Deseados:** * Background en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o campo afín.* Experiencia previa en ambiente de Data Centers.**Ubicación:** Capital Federal, Buenos Aires.**Horario:** Lunes a Viernes 9 - 18 hrs.
