**Facilities Assistant - JLL**

**Lo que involucra este trabajo**:
Esta posición es fundamental para ser el rostro de JLL ante Lenovo Argentina, brindando atención excepcional al cliente interno mientras gestionas las operaciones diarias de las instalaciones. Como Facilities Assistant, contribuirás directamente a mantener un ambiente de trabajo óptimo que respalde los objetivos comerciales de nuestro cliente, construyendo relaciones sólidas y asegurando la excelencia operativa en un entorno tecnológico dinámico e informal.

**Cómo será tu día a día**:

- Brindarás atención personalizada al cliente interno siendo la cara visible de JLL ante los colaboradores de Lenovo Argentina.
- Gestionarás las operaciones diarias supervisando servicios de mantenimiento, limpieza y coordinando con proveedores externos.
- Realizarás recorridos proactivos inspeccionando baños, salas de reuniones y espacios de trabajo para asegurar condiciones óptimas.
- Construirás networking interno desarrollando relaciones sólidas con los colaboradores de Lenovo.
- Coordinarás el ingreso y las tareas del equipo de proveedores externos.
- Anticiparás necesidades del cliente y resolverás situaciones operativas de manera proactiva.
- Mantendrás comunicación fluida con el Facility Manager reportando novedades y mejoras implementadas.

**Requisitos Mínimos**:

- Estudiante universitario avanzado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Arquitectura, Comunicación, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiência de 2 años en roles administrativos, atención al cliente u obra (no es indispensable)
- Conocimientos en el paquete Microsoft Office.
- Inglés nível B1/B2 conversacional.
- Orientación al servicio con vocación natural para la atención al cliente.
- Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales para construcción de relaciones.
- Proactividad para anticiparse a necesidades operativas.
- Adaptabilidad para trabajar en ambiente tecnológico informal.

**Requisitos Deseados**:

- Conocimiento básico en gestión de instalaciones o facility management.
- Experiência previa en coordinación de proveedores o servicios externos.
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita para reportes operativos.
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas de manera independiente.
- Curiosidad e interés por aprender y mejorar continuamente procesos.
- Conocimientos en herramientas digitales y tecnología.
- Flexibilidad horaria para adaptarse a necesidades operativas.

**Ubicación**: Núñez, Buenos Aires.

**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes, 9 - 18 horas. Modalidad 100% presencial.
