You will be responsible for Lead Demand Generation programs by working closely with the team of local marketers to understand and incorporate market demand and opportunities to deliver impactful and localized demand generation programs for customer growth, focused on the $5K- $10K (low touch motion) ≥$10K/ month ("high value", high touch motion) customer segment to drive high‑value lead generation (MQLs and SQLs). Develop strategies to acquire, qualify and nurture leads and progress opportunities. Develop a scalable and repeatable model for demand generation across different geographies and segments to generate pipeline growth and high‑value, high‑quality lead generation that results in Sales Qualified Leads and ultimately first transactions through an omnichannel strategy including but not limited to digital advertising, ABM, social media, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, prospecting, offline marketing, and events. Own campaign execution end‑to‑end including creative and copy development, setup, nurture flows, tracking, optimization, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. Working with Performance Marketing to optimize targeting, creative, channels and budget allocation to maximize effectiveness and ROI of digital acquisition marketing. Align closely with sales to develop an account‑based marketing plan for key accounts, working to deploy custom multi‑touch marketing plans. Work in close partnership with the sales team to maintain alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts through ongoing planning, reporting, and feedback and optimization. Be the voice of the Latin‑American customer and develop targeting strategies, customer insights‑driven messaging, and creative that resonates with the pain points and needs of our target customers. Forecast, measure, and analyze program results to report on performance vs targets, drive continuous improvement and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts. You should come prepared with 8+ years of hands‑on marketing experience in the region, including: Digital marketing and performance marketing Demand Gen marketing / management Product marketing Managing external marketing agencies / contractors Solid understanding of in‑market channels and customer behaviors Proven experience in leading both strategy and execution of ROI‑based marketing programs Experience with account‑based marketing strategies, tactics and tools desirable Familiarity with CRM platforms, e.g. SFDC, Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot Customer obsessed and passionate about developing content that truly targets pain points, inspires engagement and drives lead conversion Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and Portuguese Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones and functions Head of Marketing & Brand - 100 Remote | Latam Tekton Labs Help position a fast‑growing tech consultancy as a regional thought leader.
