We don’t just sell websites; we build the engines that power major franchises. Why This Role Is Different The "Warm" Advantage: You will have access to Referrizer’s CRM (Close.com), containing current and past clients, podcast guests, and trusted industry networks. Automation Support: You won’t be manually checking every URL. You will work with our tech team to run bulk automation audits to spot opportunities faster. High-Level Networking: You will be targeting Corporate HQs and Franchise owners, leveraging our membership in the prestigious networking groups of 220 fitness leaders. Career Fast-Track: Crush this for 6-12 months and move into an Account Executive role or Sales Team Lead. Your Mission: The First 30 Days We don’t throw you into the deep end without a map. Here is your ramp‑up schedule: First 2 Weeks (The Setup): Intense list building, auditing, and CRM organization. You will build your "hit list." Weeks 3-4 (The Launch): Initiating outreach and setting your first demos. What You Will Do (The Process) 1. The Audit & List Building (The "Detective" Phase) Before you make a call, you win the battle with data. Mine the CRM: Export lists from Close.com (Current Clients, Past Clients, Leads). The Tech Filter: Use our internal automation tools to audit these leads. You are looking for specific criteria: WordPress users with broken websites, bad design, or non-existent SEO. Corporate Identification: Identify Multi-Location/HQ opportunities. You will specifically tag opportunities from our REX Roundtable groups (36 highly warm clients) and the broader REX network (~200 trusted leads). 2. The Outreach (The "Hunter" Phase) Once the data is ready, you launch multi‑channel campaigns. Corporate Business Reviews: Contact existing Referrizer clients to schedule a "Digital Health Check" / SEO update. This is a service call that turns into a sales opportunity. The "Dream 100" (Cold Strategy): You will use our database of 100-700 top‑tier Franchise brands. You will identify the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), audit their current setup, and reach out via LinkedIn and Email with a high‑value insight. 3. The Handoff Your goal is simple: Book the Demo. Once qualified, you hand the appointment to our Account Executive , who will close the deal. You get paid on the opportunity. The Money (Uncapped Potential) Base Salary (Draw): $1,500 USD / Month (Guaranteed) Commission: +$1,500 - $5,500 USD / Month "Whale" Bonuses: Significant upside for helping unlock Corporate/HQ deals. Total Earning Target (OTE): up to $8,000+ USD / Month Requirements 2+ years of B2B Sales or SDR experience (Website or SEO background preferred). Tech Savvy is Non-Negotiable: You must be comfortable with CRM data (Close.com) , Excel/Google Sheets (for list building), and utilizing automation tools. Strategic Mindset: You understand the difference between a "mom and pop" gym and a Corporate HQ, and you know how to speak to a CMO differently than a local owner. Near‑Native English (C1/C2): Written and Spoken. Time Zone: US Eastern Standard Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
