Role and Responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for developing, enhancing and consolidating the Mobile portfolio (Mobile Phones, Tablets, Wearables, Notebooks, accessories) across retail, wholesalers, distributors, and e-commerce channels. Responsibilities Plan and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsible for maximizing sales, market share, and profitability of the division through product mix selection, commercial dynamics, and tactical actions developed. Define the Sell Through and Sell Out strategy across channels to optimize inventory and accelerate the distribution of key models. Develop and implement incentive plans. Monitor and develop short, medium, and long-term business relationships. Interact with key accounts. Responsible for sales planning and forecasting: annual, quarterly, weekly, and daily. Manage and lead a high-performing sales team. Responsible for proposing new business models and improvement plans. Requirements Advanced students or graduates of accounting, business administration or related 7 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge in commercial or trade marketing roles, preferably in the electronics or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry Advanced-intermediate level of English Skills: adaptability, planning skills, results-driven work approach, negotiation skills Skills and Qualifications Before applying, read carefully the following information: This position is open only for all countries of Latin America In order to be considered for the role you need to have at least 36 months of seniority in the company Time in the current position should be at least 12 months with no disciplinary action.
