**Job Description: Real Estate Sales & Leasing Representative**

Are you a self-starter with a passion for helping people find their next home? Open Management, a leading property manager of manufactured home communities in the United States, is seeking a **Sales Representative** to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with potential residents to sell and lease manufactured homes while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer questions about listed properties and provide detailed information to prospective residents.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings for interested leads.
- Update and maintain lead information and activity in the company’s CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Stay organized and proactive in meeting sales and leasing goals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written English is a must.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in phone sales, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- **Real Estate or Property Management Experience**: Prior experience in real estate sales, leasing, or with a property management company is highly desirable.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads and manage communications.
- **Self-Starter**: Motivated and confident in picking up the phone and driving sales independently.
- **Team Player**: Thrives in a collaborative environment and supports team goals.
