**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

This is a virtual/remote position (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm required, some Saturday availability is a plus).

Computer Literate (intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills, you need to be able to navigate quickly between screens)

Must have dual screen monitors or get them if hired but before start date (no exceptions). We make offers while on the phone and need to analyze data quickly and follow our sales process.

Must be able and use to making between 50-70 calls per day. Maintaining KPI's is required to ensure success and achieve the suggested compensation and sales goals.

Exceptional Phone Etiquette

Reliable computer (with dual monitor setup), internet, and cell phone with internet

Must have at least 1 year experience in Real Estate Acquisitions or Dispositions Sales

Must be a team player

Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude

**PAY STRUCTURE**

Pay: $45,000,000.00 - $55,000,000.00 per year
