Sales Agent Job Summary: We are seeking a Proactive Sales Agent with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating the best customer experience via phone, by supporting customers with different levels of tech skills, and actively working towards the growth and optimization of client accounts. This role requires working as a part of a dynamic team focused on the Google Ads Product and in Sales. The Sales Agent will be responsible for a combination of operational excellence, strategic account management, and superior customer interaction: I. Organization Daily Planning & Goal Alignment: Proactively review and organize the daily calendar at the start of each shift to plan activities, calls, and internal meetings, ensuring alignment with daily and weekly sales objectives. Process and Workflow Mastery: Effectively implement and adhere to processes, workflows, and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize operational performance. II. Communication Active Listening and Needs Identification: Employ active listening and reading comprehension skills to promptly identify the key aspects of customer inquiries and underlying business needs. Adaptive Communication: Paraphrase during interactions, adapting language and narrative tone to each customer (verbally and written), ensuring assertive communication and control over the call flow. Expertise Sharing: Provide professional customer support by sharing relevant expertise and using effective examples to guide customers toward recommended solutions and product adoption. Non-Verbal Communication: Maintain a professional and empathetic tone of voice and positive posture (even during phone interactions) toward customers and teammates at all times. III. Account Management Strategy and Prioritization Strategic Prioritization and Segmentation: Utilize portfolio prioritization tools (e.g., based on spending/potential) to effectively segment accounts and focus outreach efforts on the most valuable customers. Be mindful of regional needs and time zones for targeted market coverage. Optimized Product Pitching: Implement an effective product sequencing strategy, ensuring products and solutions are pitched in the most impactful order tailored to each customer’s specific needs. Follow-up, Analysis & Recovery: Diligently follow up and analyze pitched tasks to review success rates. Proactively contact customers to reinforce successful adoption or track the appeal of accounts where a successful outcome was expected but did not occur. IV. General Operations and Documentation Documentation & Information Accuracy: Document all necessary information regarding each customer interaction promptly and accurately, utilizing the right tools and methods to provide complete customer information. Continuous Improvement: Promptly read official communications, receive feedback, and implement new directives, demonstrate agility by shifting priorities quickly to support the fast pace of the operation. Skills: - Strong ability to grasp business objectives and translate technical solutions into value propositions (Expertise Sharing). - Active Listening and questioning techniques to accurately Identify Needs and diagnose the core challenges of the customer. - Foundational knowledge or ability to quickly analyze marketing objectives to align product recommendations strategically. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions and persuasive narratives. - Proven capability in managing customer skepticism (Objection Handling) and effective Negotiation skills to drive product adoption and close sales. - Great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers quickly. - Demonstrated proficiency in Time Management and strategic Prioritization to maximize focus on the most valuable accounts and activities. - Punctuality and commitment, coupled with the ability to quickly master and adhere to operational processes. - High level of Proactivity, independence, and Autonomy to manage an account portfolio, identify opportunities, and follow up without constant supervision. - High Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to solve undocumented issues using critical thinking and analytical skills. - Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
