Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote / Hybrid Type: Full-time Reports to: Head of Sales / Founder About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the front line of our revenue engine. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, turning interest into high-quality meetings for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry, organized, curious, and coachable , and wants to grow into a closing or leadership role. What You’ll Do Prospect and engage outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone Qualify inbound leads and determine fit, timing, and buying intent Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives Research accounts and personalize outreach based on ICPs Maintain accurate activity and lead notes in the CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting Consistently hit or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets Who You Are 0–3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections Highly organized with strong follow‑up habits Curious mindset – you want to understand the product, customer pain, and market Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance‑based compensation Nice to Have Experience with B2B SaaS or startup environments Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft Experience selling to founders, operators, or technical buyers What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Clear promotion path to Account Executive or Sales Lead Hands‑on mentorship from founders and senior sales leaders Opportunity to sell a product people actually care about Fast‑moving startup environment where your impact is visible #J-18808-Ljbffr
