That means more growth for you, exciting learning opportunities, career choices, and the chance to make a real impact.About the ProductThe Trusted Data Fabric (TDF) is the virtual data layer for EY.Developed on Microsoft Azure and part of the Platform for Business, the TDF provides users with access to data from across EY without the need to copy or move large quantities of data - effectively removing siloes and promoting the cross-utilization of data assets. Trust embedded through the TDF ensures data is protected and traceable through the entire data journey - mitigating the risks associated with data misuse. Through enabling One EY, the TDF amplifies our cross-service line approach to solving complex client issues. Access to verified, quality and consistent data enables solution teams to build, scale and industrialize data-driven assets and services - driving innovation and better business outcomes. Responsibilities Manage multiple and concurrent work streams with a focus on guiding teams toward improving the way they work; facilitate iteration planning, retrospective, and demos. Remove all obstacles for project team efficiency and effectiveness; facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner; ensure cross-team coordination. Ensure Product Delivery teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery. Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress; track and produce key metrics (e.g., burndown, burnup, cumulative flow, velocity, etc.). Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties, or between assigned teams and other delivery teams. Liaise between developers and project stakeholders, foster quality communication between engineering teams. Understand domain architecture and targets to identify upstream and downstream dependencies and to support the team in risk management. Participate in development phases with emphasis on the analysis/design, documentation, testing, and integration phases. Support development of product roadmaps. Facilitate or participate in daily Stand-up, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo. Integrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products. Coach Product Managers and team on backlog refinement and prioritization. Utilize team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and work with team to continuously improve. Innovate with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery. Develop understanding and encouragement of team's engineering innovation and improvement (engineering practices, DevOps, etc.). Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization. Act as an Agile mentor and coach to Scrum Masters or any Agile role. Actively seek and participate in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, and independent study to further develop self and community. Communicate with leaders across the organization on a regular basis to ensure transparency into delivery, risks, issues, etc. Technical Skills and Certifications 15+ years of Technology Project Delivery experience Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification Experience in driving Agile maturity models Expertise with tools such as JIRA and Confluence Agile experience/knowledge of key agile techniques including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP Education M.S.
