**About this role**

**What you’ll do**

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Operations Management
- Schedule resources to meet Application Support / Run demands. Ensure resources are scheduled to deliver services - normal schedules, On-call schedules, Holiday schedules, etc.
- Ensure e.g., tickets are assigned and resolved per SLA/OLA for respective domain
- Ensure technical quality of services delivered
- Ensure operational processes & procedures are followed
- Following the Delivery or Technical Lead, serve as the point of escalation for Incident Management, Change Management, etc.
- Serve as domain’s Client relationship manager in conjunction with Account Run Lead (ARL), Account Delivery Lead (ADL) and Service Line Leader
- Guarantee access to documentation for the provision of services
- Provide the information required by other Service Lines or Towers, or ensure access to it

**Who you are**

**Basic Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, IT Service Management Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Typically, 5 years of relevant experience in Applications projects support
- ITIL Foundation
- Application troubleshooting
- .Net, C# or Java code debug
- Customer Service/Vendor Management
