- Responsible for team management, performance reviews, compensations and promotions. Resonsible for vendor management, governance and contract management with Sourcing & Legal areas. Provides guidance, planning and maintains budgets and proactively allocates resources and time for the functions supported. Interface and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers
- Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous developmentRole Requirements
- 4+ years of planning, organizational structure, along with experience partnering with the technology and business managers to ensure needs are implemented efficiently. 8+ years of IT experience
- Experience in a financial services/payments /Banking verticals will be highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field. Prior experience leading onshore and offshore delivery, including working overlapping business hours to partner with onshore teams. Advanced knowledge of software development life cycles (waterfall, agile, etc.
)
- Strong Customer Centric mindset with an ability to outperform Service Level Agreements on Customer satisfaction and experience. Prior experience in managing vendor relationships. Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can do attitude; possess strong leadership skills in guiding and directing teams throughout the SDLC process
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
- Strong Customer Centric mindset with an ability to outperform Service Level Agreements on Customer satisfaction and experience. English is a must.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
