Senior Delivery Manager – SourceFuse SourceFuse is looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our cloud-based .NET modernization practice. Location: Remote (Latin America) Job Type: Full-time, Contractor Required Experience: 6+ years in delivery management, program management, client servicing, project management, and scheduling. Willingness to be available for occasional night-time client calls. Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology. Project management certification or experience required. Manage delivery engagements end-to-end for high visibility, high business impact projects. Oversee development and technical aspects, sourcing of people, methodologies, and processes. Monitor key performance indicators for projects. Plan, estimate, and control project cost. Plan and implement strategies to solve significant escalations and mitigate critical risks. Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence of deliverables. Identify problems and actionable tasks for quick resolution. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Ensure SOW deliverables meet expected quality, schedule, and budget. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage challenging schedules. Work with CTO and COO to define best practices across the software life cycle. Choose and set up project management tools, techniques, and manage risk. Prepare proposals/bids/SOWs/contracts with Pre-Sales team. Delegate tasks, mentor team, and support career growth. Manage communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Delivery Manager Personal Characteristics: Strong portfolio and excellent attitude. Self-confident, good listener, articulate and good communication skills. Ability to work with teams across boundaries, cultures, and time zones in virtual environment. Delivery oriented, able to work under strict deadlines.
