Acr Manager - Ey Global Delivery Services EY ACR - Manager (Accounting, Compliance and Reporting) Job purpose The position is to supervise different teams of seniors and staff working in bookkeeping or financial statements preparation of clients based in the US and LATAM. Bookkeeping work includes booking monthly transactions, AP, AR, R2R. Supervising monthly closing, being client and EY local team point of contact. Financial statements preparation includes preparation of GAAP to GAAP adjustments as well as preparation of BS, PL, Equity, Cash Flow and complementary notes. Soft skills Accurate communication between all parties, with seniors and staff in charge. Be able to provide timely feedback, mentoring. Be capable of handle different clients and teams at the same time. Have flexibility to work overtime when necessary. Qualifications & Experience Public Accountant degree. 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial statements preparation. Knowledge in USGAAP, IFRS. Advanced English level.
