Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent work streams with a focus on guiding teams toward continuous improvement; facilitate iteration planning, retrospective, and demos. Remove obstacles for project team efficiency; facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost-effective manner; ensure cross-team coordination. Maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery; provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress; track and produce key metrics (burndown, burnup, cumulative flow, velocity, etc.). Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties. Liaise between developers and project stakeholders; foster quality communication between engineering teams. Understand domain architecture and targets to identify upstream and downstream dependencies and support risk management. Participate in development phases with emphasis on analysis/design, documentation, testing, and integration phases. Support development of product roadmaps; facilitate or participate in daily stand-up, planning, retrospective, grooming & review/demo. Integrate Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products; coach Product Managers and team on backlog refinement and prioritization. Utilize team feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and work with the team to continuously improve. Innovate with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery. Develop understanding and encouragement of engineering innovation and improvement; coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization. Act as an Agile mentor and coach to Scrum Masters or any Agile role. Actively seek and participate in learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice and independent study to further develop self and community. Communicate with leaders across the organization on a regular basis to ensure transparency into delivery, risks, issues, etc. Technical Skills and Certifications 15+ years of Technology Project Delivery experience. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification. Experience in driving Agile maturity models. Expertise with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Agile experience/knowledge of key agile techniques including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XPE. Education M.S. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred. What We Look For Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
