La búsqueda e incorporación es inmediata. Se requiere de un profesional con vasta y claro perfil comercial, que favorablemente provenga de las carreras Informáticas, (Licenciado en Sistemas, Ingeniero en Sistemas) o carreras Comerciales (Licenciado en Comercialización), etc. requiriéndose en todos los casos un gran conocimiento de la funcionalidad de los distintos módulos de un Sistema integral de Seguros y disponibilidad para viajar a países de LATAM.
