ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales development teams to drive sales opportunities for our clients.
You will manage multiple client accounts from a sales operations perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate data reporting and analysis of key performance indicators to support sales strategies and decisions.
- Conduct regular evaluations of email and automations performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Create lead lists for the SDR team to ensure they have targeted leads to pursue.
- Craft and optimize cold email sequences
- Provide support to the Customer Success team by preparing reports, managing sales tools, and coordinating with other departments to streamline processes.
- Hire, train SDRs on new tools and processes, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
- Manage a team of 8-10 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients
- Monitor and evaluate SDRs performance and work closely with them to maximize potential
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results for our client
- Ensure effective use of technology tools and our prospecting model
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- + 7 Years of Sales Experience
- + 2 Years of a leadership role in sales
- Proven experience in outbound sales or growth operations, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proficiency with tools like Apollo, Clay, Ocean, HubSpot and ChatGPT, G-Suite & Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Willing to travel and attend seminars
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- C2/Native English
