Customer support Specialist with German language

For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in client services, we are looking for German speakers for various BPO roles for Bulgaria.

Main responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers if they have questions regarding the products or services (via phone, email, and chat);
  • Managing and documenting customer interactions in our client's CRM system.

Job requirements:

  • Fluency in German language;
  • Very good command of the English language (B2);
  • Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
  • EU citizenship is required.
