Our team is seeking a highly skilled and fluent German speaker to provide exceptional technical customer support across voice, chat, and email channels from the comfort of their own home in Croatia.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated professional who can deliver outstanding customer experiences every time while working independently and collaboratively as part of our remote team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and technical support, preferably in an IT or help desk setting, and be proficient in using external systems, Microsoft Office, and PC-based software.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical customer support through various communication channels (voice, chat, and email)
- Provide seamless customer experiences by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Document all interactions in a CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Residing in Croatia with the legal right to work
- Experience in customer support and technical support (IT or help desk preferred)
- Strong independent work skills and ability to thrive in a remote team environment
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
- Competence in using external systems, Microsoft Office, and PC-based software
