En Beccar Varela nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una posición como Analista de Business Development para nuestro equipo de Business Development & Marketing.

Habilidades:

  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para implementar proyectos.
  • Servicio al cliente interno.
  • Análisis de datos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Implementar estrategias de Business Development enfocadas en el servicio al cliente.
  • Administrar la base de datos CRM (client relationship management) y traducir la información en accionables para el negocio.
  • Impulsar mejoras en la utilización de la base de datos.
  • Procesar manualmente datos para mantener actualizada la plataforma CRM.
  • Implementar uso de herramientas “AI” (inteligencia artificial) para crear informes y productos, y para generar eficiencias en procesos relacionados al servicio al cliente.
  • Relevar información para reuniones con clientes y clientes potenciales.
  • Preparar presentaciones (“pitch”) para clientes potenciales, en español e inglés 
  • Realizar investigaciones sobre el mercado y la competencia, y generar reportes e informes bajo demanda.
  • Preparar informes anuales en inglés por área de práctica para presentar a publicaciones legales (“rankings”).
  • Colaborar en proyectos conjuntos con el equipo de Comunicación Institucional.
