Nuestro departamento de Business Development y Marketing se encuentra en una etapa de pleno crecimiento, ofreciendo una excelente oportunidad para integrarse a un equipo dinámico con nuevos proyectos e iniciativas.
En Beccar Varela nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una posición como Analista de Business Development para nuestro equipo de Business Development & Marketing.
Habilidades:
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para implementar proyectos.
- Servicio al cliente interno.
- Análisis de datos.
Responsabilidades:
- Implementar estrategias de Business Development enfocadas en el servicio al cliente.
- Administrar la base de datos CRM (client relationship management) y traducir la información en accionables para el negocio.
- Impulsar mejoras en la utilización de la base de datos.
- Procesar manualmente datos para mantener actualizada la plataforma CRM.
- Implementar uso de herramientas “AI” (inteligencia artificial) para crear informes y productos, y para generar eficiencias en procesos relacionados al servicio al cliente.
- Relevar información para reuniones con clientes y clientes potenciales.
- Preparar presentaciones (“pitch”) para clientes potenciales, en español e inglés
- Realizar investigaciones sobre el mercado y la competencia, y generar reportes e informes bajo demanda.
- Preparar informes anuales en inglés por área de práctica para presentar a publicaciones legales (“rankings”).
- Colaborar en proyectos conjuntos con el equipo de Comunicación Institucional.
