**Job Overview: Business Development Associate (Virtual)**
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for research and development of new Client contacts to increase sales pipeline, new client outreach, and the development of process to automate and regulate client prospect outreach. Your primary goals will include;
- refining the Alquemy prospect database (CRM)
- using effective prospect outreach to build relationships in Target Accounts and to gather information on Supplier Programs
**Responsibilities**:
- Research target accounts and build contacts and organizational charts of target clients across Canada
- Update and refine Alquemy database to accurately reflect potential Client contacts
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies.
- Work with CRM and internal teams to automate elements of the Sales outreach process.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Large Enterprise Business to Business Sales
- Understanding of effective Large Account Business Development strategy, tactics
- Fluent English, exceptional writing skills (English)
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
**Salary**: $900,000.00 - $1,100,000.00 per month
