**The Role**:
As a Learning & Development Associate you will:
- Act as the technical backbone for our L&D initiatives, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of training programs for both the tax teams and the wider firm
- Facilitate internal training sessions with a spirit of collaboration and education that makes learning an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to strategically develop key team members, identifying areas for growth and championing their success.
- Play a key role in hosting select BrightUniversity onboarding classes, welcoming new team members with open arms and a wealth of knowledge.
- Hold regular office hours for the tax team, specifically for the Americas time zones, ensuring accessible, timely support and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Support L&D quality initiatives by reviewing tax returns across the tax team.
**What We're Looking For**:
- A proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A detail-oriented organizer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
- Someone with a strong time-management prowess, capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other productivity tools, with a knack for learning and adapting to new software and systems. Someone who feels energized when learning new systems and implementing new processes.
- Proficient in CCH Axcess.
- A flexible, adaptable team player who is ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges of a fully remote role.
