En Cliengo, uno de nuestros principales diferenciales es estar cerca de nuestros clientes, escucharlos y ayudarlos a crecer. Por eso, estamos buscando una persona para el rol de Account Specialist. 


Como Account Specialist deberás gestionar una cartera de clientes junto al Project Manager, a quien le brindarás soporte a través de la creación, seguimiento y optimización de campañas en medios digitales (de branding y de performance) y el control del gasto.

Participarás de la creación e implementación del plan de medios y el control presupuestario y analizarás métricas para obtener insights relevantes y oportunidades de negocio para el cliente.

Responsabilidades
  • Crear, seguir y optimizar campañas en plataformas de compra de medios digitales, orientadas a objetivos de performance (leads, conversiones offline y ventas de ecommerce) y/o de branding.
  • Generar reporting de status de estrategia y oportunidades de crecimiento. Benchmarks y análisis de competidores.
  • Participar en reuniones con clientes para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones.
  • Controlar el presupuesto del plan de medios (a través del Hub o DataStudio)
  • Medición y reporte de horas dedicadas a proyectos.

  • 3 años
  • Dominio de Google Ads y Facebook Ads (set up y optimización de campañas).
  • Planificación de campañas con autonomía, puede dar recomendaciones sobre la comunicación, en landings y en anuncios, sobre la propuesta  de valor del cliente y los diferenciales de negocio.
  • Manejo de herramientas de investigación digital (Semrush, Search Console, Trends o similares)
  • Identificar qué accionables debe realizar para mejorar métricas claves (CTR, CVR, Impresiones, Impression share, calidad de cuenta, CPL, ROAS).
  • Capacidad de estimar escenarios futuros.
  • Analizar con mayor profundidad el comportamiento de los usuarios utilizando Google Analytics y GTM (perfil analítico).
  • Conocer de estrategias de email marketing.
  • Crear reportes avanzados con Data Studio.
  • Deseable (no excluyente): Conocer los fundamentos de las plataformas de GMP (DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager y Studio) y el impacto de incorporar estas plataformas en la estrategia de marketing digital del cliente. Tener todas las certificaciones de Google ads. Manejar otras plataformas como Tik-Tok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
