We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management and Partnership Specialist to join our client's team in Dublin. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success teams. Our client offers a comprehensive support model that includes technical integrations with software partners.

As an Account Management and Partnership Specialist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. You will analyze data to identify key opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to boost sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region.
  • Stay knowledgeable about technical integrations with software partners, ensuring comprehensive support to clients.
  • Assess client needs and goals to plan for seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
  • Support new clients throughout the onboarding process, helping them achieve successful outcomes.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on the features, functionality, and practical applications of all product offerings to offer expert guidance.
  • Manage accounts directly, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, technical issue resolution, or client-facing technical discovery.
  • Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Experience in industries such as online brokers, online marketplace software, IT services, or the SaaS sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in both strategic and tactical roles, especially in dynamic or ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and balance immediate needs with long-term goals.
What We Offer
  • Estimated salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
