Remote Customer Support Specialist (Colombia)

Fully Remote | US Digital Product Company

Salary: USD 1,200–1,800

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Colombia
to join a growing
US-based digital product company
. You'll work remotely and support international users of a fast-scaling online product.

What you'll do

  • Provide customer support via chat and email (primary channels)
  • Help users resolve product-related questions and issues
  • Escalate complex cases to technical or product teams when needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document common issues and contribute to the support knowledge base

What we're looking for

  • Experience in customer support, customer service, or similar roles
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting digital products, SaaS, or online platforms
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM tools (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.)
