We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional to support our sales team and help deliver a great experience for our enterprise clients. You'll work closely with an Account Executive and partner with internal teams to keep deals moving smoothly.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B customer care and/or junior sales roles
- Professional fluency in
English and Spanish - Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
What You'll Do
- Support the Account Executive with pre-sales tasks and daily activities
- Help manage client service requests (Moves, Adds, Changes, Disconnects)
- Handle small sales, upgrades, and downgrades with confidence
- Coordinate quotes, approvals, and documentation with internal teams
- Assist with contracts, purchase orders, and closed deals
