About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Success Operations Intern
to join our CX Operations team. In this role, you'll help us enhance the quality, efficiency, and intelligence of our customer data and workflows within the
DevRev Grow app
. This is a hands-on position focused on
building automations, optimizing platform performance, and leveraging AI (agentic solutions)
to improve the visibility and accuracy of customer success operations.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automations
    that enhance efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy across the DevRev Grow platform.
  • Ensure the
    enrichment of accounts and user profiles
    with relevant and updated information to support Customer Success initiatives.
  • Keep key
    account and user fields clean, complete, and up to date
    , maintaining a single source of truth in the system.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and improve
    platform performance and workflows
    using AI and automation tools.
  • Design and experiment with
    agentic solutions
    to streamline repetitive processes and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the CX Operations team to ensure all automations are aligned with business goals and customer success metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in
    Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
    .
  • Strong interest in
    AI, automation, and process optimization
    — someone who enjoys experimenting with new tools and ideas.
  • Familiarity with
    SQL, BigQuery
    , or similar data analysis environments.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, with strong organizational and analytical thinking.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about
    Customer Success Operations
    in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable working full-time in a fast-paced, tech-driven team.
