Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations based in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. The Director of Operations will oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies, managing budgets, supervising teams, analyzing operational data to drive informed decisions, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Operations Management with strong Analytical Skills to optimize processes and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and develop teams effectively.
  • Skilled in Budgeting to oversee and manage financial planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and maintain service excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred for seamless communication in local and global contexts.
