We're hiring an Operations Assistant to join our Buenos Aires team during an exciting growth phase. This isn't a role for someone looking for an easy job—we need a driven, ambitious professional with near-perfect English who can handle operational tasks with confidence and grit. You'll be solving problems you've never faced before, taking full responsibility for your work, and representing RevBlack with professionalism. What you'll own

• Drive Daily Operations: Ensure seamless office functionality by orchestrating schedules, maintaining impeccable documentation, and pushing every initiative to full completion—anticipating needs and closing loops proactively.
• Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs to keep their day running smoothly. Act as a gatekeeper, handling communications and scheduling with precision.
• Tackle Diverse Challenges: Turn obstacles into wins by researching and executing solutions across a wide spectrum, from sourcing optimal travel arrangements and tech tools (through rigorous testing and comparisons) to curating office supplies, evaluating office options, coordinating client gifts, and bolstering internal processes and team culture.
• Elevate Team Experiences: Assist in planning and flawlessly execute team activities and events—managing logistics, RSVPs, and day-of details so the vision comes to life without friction. Stay ahead of the curve with initiative that keeps operations humming and morale high.
• Deliver Excellence: Bring flawless organization to every detail, no matter the scale—because impact comes from relentless follow-through and a commitment to quality.
